KC Invites and Design is an intimate operation. I work closely with my clients to bring their vision to life. Whatever the occasion, your custom invitation will be designed with you in mind; your vision, your voice. 
 

Let's
Meet!

I am pleased to make your acquaintance! This meeting can be over the phone, in person*, or virtual. You'll see sample design suites, swatches, and corresponding materials.

 

We are flexible and try to accommodate everyone's schedule. We take appointments on weeknights, weekends, and are available to chat during working hours. I've worked with out-of-state clients before! No worries if you're not local.

We hope to help you choose the theme for your event. We are happy to guide you in creating an original experience for your special event. Vision is our specialty and I'll help every step of the way!

Design

Let's get started! This is when we begin to design. It's helpful to talk about your vision for your event - styles you like and things that inspire you (i.e. fonts, graphics, pictures, color schemes). You can send me images via email/text, share a Pinterest board, or any material from any social media outlet.

 

This will help us create an original design we know you'll absolutely L-O-V-E!

 

 

Proofs & Approval

I'll send you a preliminary sample of your project in PDF format. From there, we'll work closely to finalize your custom order. You will have revision opportunities, changes are welcome and absolutely necessary!

 

I want and need your honesty, so don't be shy. (Cue the sentimental ballad) Making you happy makes me happy and it doesn't matter how we get there, but we will get there!

Payment

We require a 50% deposit of your total balance. Final payment is due upon the final proof approval, before your order goes to production (a.k.a print).

 

All payments are non-refundable. By submission of payments, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in your invoice. These Terms and Conditions are unique to each order.

 

We accept checks, all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo payments. We have multiple payment options and we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please contact us with any questions.

 

SHIPPING: If your order is being shipped to you, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs. These costs will not be included in your quote.
